CCITT is part of the ITU, a United Nations agency.  Libraries
with government documents repositories should have the CCITT
fascicles.

Group III FAX uses CCITT V.29 (ter?) modems.

MNP 2-4 are described in the CCITT V.42 spec, MNP 5 and above
are Microcom proprietary.
