I am having problems setting up a remote printer.  I am on a 2.0 system.  I 
followed the documentation and fed a printcap entry into niload.  I tried
different spooling directories, other than ldr.  I tried stopping and
restarting with lpc.  I even tried rebooting.  I am in the hosts.lpd file on
the print server.  I was able to print with system 1.0.  I went to another
system, which is still running 1.0 and fed the same entry into the printcap.
It printed immediately.  What am I doing wrong?  Any suggestions?
