Anyone have this info?

Anyone have the source to the XCMD's for the CDROM Hypercard stuff
from Apple (this info might be contained in here)?

Could anyone scan this info from the notes from Apple's first
developer's conference and put it in a piece of NeXT mail (I
really wish scanners were as common as printers!).
