I have a client which is using a custom FoxBase database application
over Novel EOS Level 1.  The performance degrades quickly after adding 2 
or more users.  The client now wants to upgrade to Level 2 and add more 
users.  The current configuration will not handle the additional 2-3 users
he wants to add.  What can I do to solve the performance problem?

Here are the details:

Server: 386/25
	Novel Eos Level 1
	3M RAM
	Configured as Server and Client

Clients: 3 XT Turbo PCs

Network: Arcnet 2.5Mbit over thin coax

Application: Custom Foxbase database
