Subject: Why doesn't tcsh die in console?

	If I exit the news server without first explicitly killing
	the console shell first, tcsh, the child process of wsh, doesn't
	die.  This does not happen if I use csh or sh as the console's
	shell.  Any one know why or a quick fix to tcsh?
