We're looking for a package to support an undergraduate digital-design lab. The hope is that we can use a graphical emulation program and thus eliminate the cost and maintainance of project boxes and all the associated hardware and lab assistants. The high-end digital CAD workstations are nice but the unit cost is of course higher that a hardware lab station. Hopefully a simpler low-end program is available which might not be powerful enough for production engineering but would be adequate for a first lab course . If you have any experience with such, please drop me a note Scott R Cannon, PhD scott@cannon cs usu edu Dept of Computer Science (801) 750-2015 Utah State Univ FAX (801) 750-3378 Logan, UT 84322-4205
