I got both with my Toshiba, and EMM386.SYS will convert exTended memory to exPanded memory (on 386's only), while EMM.SYS will only work with "hardware capable of providing expanded memory under MS-DOS 4.0" (i.e. an expanded memory board). Zenith's OEM version of DOS will undoubtedly be different than Toshiba's, but look for a driver with '386' in the name. Failing that, check your firmware setup [Ctrl-Alt-Ins](?) and see if you can set up exPanded memory that way.
