Unfortunately, it being an orphan of the Xterminal era, I have no documentation on it other than what I've hacked out. It's a 2-parter; keyboard with keypad, and ten blue F-keys connected to a vt220-style display. It's mechanically bigger than a vt220, with a black face-plate and a white body. Keyboard and housing say "TELERAY" with 100NN, Serial 9988-102, Option USA-1-GRN-1 on the back panel. If you have any information on this guy at all (i've got it running in vt100 emulation, but I get the feeling it can do a lot more), I'd really appreciate it - if you're in a reasonable distance, I'll mail you a twinkie for useful info!
