I would like to thanks all people for their replies and advice to my
posting. Especially:

I realize that TeX is not suitable for my purpose. Instead of 
generating a LaTeX file, it generates a PostScript file (NO!
another language to learn!! where will I find the time :-) ).

So far the Bitmap image went out good. Now what if I want to
have gray scale... I guess I better go into comp.lang.postscript
or alt.fractals for that...
