Sorry, this must be a FAQ:

I know that A/UX is for SE/30 and the Mac IIs (the old Mac II needing a PMMU).

How about SEs or LCs with acceleration cards holding a 68030? Is PMMU critical
or some ROM feature as well? Would a Mobius card having a 68EC030 do it
(doesn't support virtual memory)?
