Running SunOS 4.1.1

I have copied the binary file for webster from another SunOS 4.1.1
on campus here and added the necessary line in /etc/services

Now, I thought that all I would need to do is to give inetd a 
kill -1 but when I try to run webster I get this response:

?webster - Unknown service: dictionary/tcp

If anyone has any clues, please do tell.
