If you require support, for fixes, broken code, ect.  call 1- 800-237-5511, 
you will be asked your "Customer Number"  this is a seven digit number I 
believe identifying your "Establishment" you will be asked for a problem number
and if no number, your operating system.Then you get patched through to level one
support and from there you should be in good hands.
