For those of you building Herr Roell's X386 server using the file
X386.1.1a.tar.Z, the first part of the file patches/diff.11Mar91 is
duplicated, causing patch errors.  Applying the following patch to
that file will remove the duplicated part and allow you to patch the
X11r4 distribution without errors.
