I have been given the task of developing an "expert" system that
deals with trouble shooting hardware/OS problems for our Support
Reps. 
I'm looking for a software package to run under SCO Xenix 2.3.* that will
allow me to create flow charts *or* questions that will be answered by the
support rep. It should all be done interactively on a terminal.

It'll run on a 386 box. 

We're also looking into replacing our existing terminals with X terminals.

Any suggestions out there? Any previous experience with such a software 
package?
