I am using the 4.1 (or 4.01, can't remember) driver from Logitech.  Its
ONLY Windows that crawls.  Loading (or not loading for that matter) the
mouse driver has no effect on Windows.  SHEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSHHHH!!!!!!
