We want our application to have multiple base windows, where *only* the main
window can be iconified, i.e. *none* of the other base windows have a window
button in the title or a "Close" item in the Window Menu.  (Alternatively, the
windows can have these controls, so long as they can be made no-op's.) How can
this be done with OLIT?
