We have modified all the makefiles, so that the option "-systype bsd43" has
been deleted and "-DSunOSPlatform" has been added to "CDEBUGFLAGS".

The only thing that bothered us was that when the object files had to
be linked together, the loader (ld) could not find the library mld.
Omitting this library seems to be the solution, but we are not sure
whether this will cause problems we have not seen yet. If anybody
knows a proper solution for this, please let me know.
