Commercial is fine. I've seen Wingz before and thought it did a good job. The desired package must be able to handle scientific plots, not just fancy MIS/buisness graphics. We have S+ available, but I'm not certain if it can handle e.g. 3-d plots. Ideally, the graphics could be viewed on an X workstation, and postscript could be generated to insert into TeX documents. Send mail & I'll summarize if there's interest. Dirk Grunwald -- Univ. of Colorado at Boulder (grunwald@foobar.colorado.edu) (grunwald@cs.colorado.edu)
