i'm trying to build the R4 release (patch level 18) on the IBM RT.
everything was going amazingly well until i got one error building the
server.  

the problem was with: 
	./server/ddx/mi/miarc.c
	
and the error message was: 
	Assembler
	"/tmp/S000188", line 12399: Displacement greater than 15, operand 3

the machine is an IBM RT model 6150 running AOS4.3 and i was using the
standard hc compiler version 2.1n.

has anyone else seen this problem?  any suggestions?
