It was suggested that I post the request to sci.military. So, here it is: I am looking for books which would teach someone with virtually no military backround the basics of strategy, logistics, etc. Saundra recommended the following titles: James Dunnigan's How to Make War Trevor Dupuy's Evolution of Weapons and Warfare Understanding War: History and Theory of Combat Are there other titles that you can recomend? Has anyone been in my situation and found that a couple of titles made all the difference in the world? Please mail me any/all responses (ingres.com!usblues!tom) and I will post a summary. Thanks 1 million in advance, -- Tom Markson tom@usblues.ingres.com ingres.com!usblues!tom
