Due to scheduled maintenance on the T3 backbone, ENSS 131 Ann Arbor
will become unreachable at approximately 19:15 EST on 03/19/91.
Maintenance is expected to last 1 hour.
All networks announced via the Ann Arbor T3 node should be reachable 
via the T1 backbone during this time.
