22-Mar 00:22 UTC. The link between the CA*net node in Montreal 
                  and NSFnet in Princeton has been down due to
                  a train derailment which cut some fibreoptic
                  cables. Insinc and Unitel is still working
                  to repair the affected circuits.
                  During this outage, traffic is being rerouted
                  throutgh the Toronto NSFnet link.
