I noticed in a trade rag that Adaptive Solutions and Inova Microelectronics
announced a compute server based on a four processor cluster of neural
IC's.  Can someone provide a current bibliography of this technology?
I will, of course, contact Adaptive for "real world" details but I am
interested also in current research in progress, potential applications,
who's doing what, etc ....  If there is a good "executive summary" of
the technology please let me know (in spite of there really being no
"royal road," my management needs at least a "gentle introduction.")
