  Does anyone know where the Duke university language toolkit is?
(It's supposed to be a multilingual word processing enhancement
package.)  I grep'ed "duke" in the anonymous FTP list, but I couldn't
find it on duke.cs.duke.edu.  Any help would be appreciated.
