No. The best you could hope for is a list of submitters. While some people are nice enough to send me stuff in rational formats with subjects describing the program and a short description, many arrive with a subject of "binary submission" or somesuch, and I have no idea what they are. Also, now that I have a few people willing to take on reviews of stuff like that, The time to post is always "within one week of review" and that's not much help. I hate to take time away from activities which produce postings to make guesses about what stuff may be, or when the review might complete.
