You can get it from wuarchive.wustl.edu in /usenet/comp.sources.misc/volume7/crisp1.9 I tried to compile it on a Silicon Graphics PI, but as yet it always crashes before doing anything - I'd be happy to hear from anyone who's had any successes on that front!
