I have a version of the TSENG3000 driver for ZSoft's PC Paintbrush IV
that I changed to work for the TSENG4000.  Since it's useless without
PC Paintbrush, mail me if you want a copy and I'll send it.  If you're
adventurous, you can figure it out with DEBUG - it's just a few tweaks
here and there.
