We are looking for a new 3rd party graphics package with the following
capabilities:

2D Unix/X-windows
   C language interface
   Heirarchical segments, editable
   Coordinate transformations
   Zoom/pan/scrolling (Fast scrolling using X-windows bitmaps)
   Object sizing fixed or relational
   Fully transformable text (scale/rotate)
   X window event handling (server)
   User definable linestyle
   Fill types
   Symbol types
   Drawing mode (xor)
   Non-destructive draw of vectors over raster

3D Hidden line/surface removal
   3D World coordinates
   Modelling transformations
   Multiple light sources
