Transtext from MaxThink is a hypertext word processor that has a LAN
version. You could do a main task list, jump to subtask lists
and or to notes and specs with it.

There is a hypertext BBS there too at 548-4686. You can download
the terminal software needed for the hypertext by just logging on
with standard software and going to the files section. 
Or order it as a shareware disk from the first number.
