I need a program (preferably Fortran source) that takes a listing of a 
FORTRAN program and ouptuts a new version with as many of the following
changes as possible:
Line numbers in columns 73-80 (not important)
Statement numbers start from 1, increment by 1 
Indentation logical 

The most important of these is the statement numbers.

If anyone has anything remotely close to this, please send source
I need it soon...
