   Can I get the 4.0 sources and DOS diffs via mailserver(s) somewhere?  I
   am but a poor UUCP site with no FTP :-)

If no one else has a solution for Roy, I can help.

Lord knows I've received enough help over the past few years, and I'm
pretty danred local to him.  

I have all the 4.000 kits@0, but I haven't looked into whether they
include most current DOS diffs.  (I'm using Len Reed's LENMSP41
currently.)
