Section 3.3.6 of the Red and White Book says,

	Throughout this manual, any mention of a procedure may refer
	to either an executable array or an executable packed array.

It does *not* say "any mention of an array may refer to either a
packed array or an ordinary array, unless otherwise specified."
Hence the following question: are packed arrays allowed in *all* the
places that (readable) arrays are specified, e.g., as the Encoding or
FontBBox entry in a font, the operand of setcolor, etc.?
