You'll get lots of replies, but here goes...

The most popular Prolog of all -- at least, the one that sets the
standards for the others -- is Quintus Prolog
(Quintus Computer Systems, Mountain View, California).

Another good UNIX Prolog comes from ALS
(Applied Logic Systems, Syracuse, NY).
