Can't you just scale the 12-point (10 cpi) Courier to 10-point (12 cpi). It's not exactly Prestige Elite, but it should be close enough. I'd be interested to hear whether there's something wrong with my reasoning, as I'm considering replacing my LJ II with an LJ III.
