I am trying to install an IBM 4019 on my RT which runs BSD4.3.  I have
connected it to the parallel port on my megapel card & it works fine
when Isend things directly to it as /dev/lp0.  I have tried to install
it in my printcap file with no success.  My printcap entry is:

myps|lp|my line printer:\
	:lp=/dev/lp0:sd=/usr/spool/rlpd:\
	:pt=postscript:df=/usr/local/bin/dvips:\
	:af=/usr/adm/rlpacct:lf=/usr/adm/rlp-errs:

All the files exist; however, when I try to send a file to be printed,
lights flash but nothing comes out.  Does anyone have experience with
this, admittedly somewhat arcane, problem.
