	I'm still having problems mailing to addresses with % or ! in them
and was hoping someone could help out.  I am using elm but don't remember
the version number.  Someone gave me the following address:
	rodw%uk.ac.leeds.cbl@pucc.princeton.edu

but this address never goes through.  I finally found another way to mail him
but was wondering what the correct procedure for % and ! in an addres was
I tried putting parts in "'s as someone suggested earlier, but it didn't do
me any good.  Thanks.
