No (unless you hack the code and recompile).

If your mush is using walking menus for the save and folder filename text
fields, it should rebuild the menus to include all new folders any time
you use the save command.  If you are not using walking menus, then only
the folders actually created by the save command are added to the menus.
Folders created by programs other than mush are never automatically added.

} 3)	Is there a way to increase the number of characters allocated to the
} 	autosign2 variable?  I need to have a list of >20 local hosts there,
} 	as well as a local domain and the alternate signature file.

I'm not sure what you mean here.  If you mean the type-in field in the
Options window, then no, there isn't any way.  However, the field should
scroll to allow you to type in whatever you want.  If you edit ~/.mushrc
directly, you should be able to put in up to 1024 characters of names and
signature.
