You can obtain them from the Clarkson archives, the drivers will give you an idea on how the card is controlled. For the 16-Bit card (I think that's the 4110-2) the manual which describes the Lance chip is 'Local Area Network Controller Am7990 (Lance)' from Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.
