Just wanted to mention that the above cdiff, "Mac Screen Accelerator 2", is
relative to PH 1.5 as distributed, NOT to the last patch level.  Unless anyone
can give me a good reason to the contrary, (And assuming the diff is smaller
than the original source file), I'll continue to do it that way...;)
