I'm looking for users of RW/Optical Drives.  I need actual user feedback
as I've got plenty of Sales talk.  Now I want to know the truth.  I'm 
ready to purchase RW/Optical Jukeboxes which will be attached to Sun
workstations in a network environment.  The box will be NFS'ed all over
the place.

I've talked to several salespeople but now I need to know what's really
going on from actual real-life users of these things.  Don't hold back!
Give me the bad with the good.  I can take it.
