Where can I FTP the latest version of WinQVT/Net?  Cica only has version
1.5 and I hear 1.6 is available.  I have not been able to get WinQVTNet 1.5
to work using the FTP NDIS/PKT converter (dis_pkt.gup).  Hopefully
version 1.6 takes care of this?
