There have been other PCTE proto- types implemented by Olivetti etc but these have never been sold as commercial products. There is some further work going on to enhance and evolve PCTE towards an ECMA/PCTE version. There is also an EAST project in Europe which is building a full Software Engineering Environment around PCTE.
