I'm looking for dvips version 4.21 or later from Radical Eye Software.
dvips may be a local name; the usual name for this kind of filter is
dvi2ps.  Radical Eye's version is the only one that I've found that
can handle included Postscript.  UW CS is getting rid of its last VAX,
so you'll probably hear from more of us.
