The following files were found missing on the system :

/usr/lbin/drivename : shell script
/usr/lbin/samedev : shell script
/usr/sbin/prtvtoc : binary
 
I could not find the source for the first two but found that for prtvtoc
under disksetup  directory in the W3.4 source. All these files are used 
by sysadm shell scripts.
