I am trying to set up a message base in a unix mini-mainframe
that has priviledged news groups.  An old verion of citadel bbs
semms to do this.  It is version 2.24 from Aug 88 though.  I'm 
looking for a newer version.  The author mentioned a new
version 3.0 coming out in 89 (that doesn't mean anything though).
Does anyone have a newer version or know where I can get one.
