Deliver is pretty neat, but it's not really an MTA.  It's a local
delivery agent, to be used by an MTA.  If you want very powerful mail
filtering capabilities, I'd recommend it.  It can be made to work with
smail2.5, anything that supports .forward files, and MMDF.
