Hi everyone,  Yes I've managed to fix my JRComm uploading problem!!!
    Thanks, to all those that replies, and the help!  Well joining all
the info togther I decided that I should change my WB that My JRComm was 
on from a 1.2 to a 1.3.    And all worked!!!!
     Previously I had tried changing the serial.device to a 1.3 one
but no go!!!   Don't ask me why I don't know!!  Ask Jack (Maybe?)
