The Quantum is connected to a GVP Series-II HC. The GVP Series-II HC performs automounting, of course. I simply didn't create an RDB entry for this partition. I could also have set the PBFF_NOMOUNT flag. I mount this partition using "Mount" right before starting A-Max. So what's the problem? Ralph
