GRASP is shareware I believe and it comes with a utility to extract the COLORIX (or something to that effect) picture files from the .gl file. Once in COLORIX format you can convert these files to GIF using another IBM program called VPIC. Then the GIFs can be converted to whatever using whatever Amiga/IBM conversion programs you have. NOTE: more recent versions of Vpic might be able to convert straight to IFF but I have no idea (the last version I used was 3.3, I think) I'll admit this procedure is mind boggling but this is how I've done it to get .gl encoded pictures to the MAC.
