I've found that ShowIz won't load a file that contains any non-official hunks, like for example Mandelbrot coordinates. Is there any newer version (I don't know what one I have) that will do this? Also, it seems to not free all its memory. After going through a floppy full of pictures, I end up with about a 10K chunk as the largest continuous one. (I'm sorry I can't be more specific, but I quit using it entirely because of these two bugs. I've started looking at something called WipeDemo which seems not to have the memory problem, but I haven't tested it on MAND hunks yet.) -- * From the disk of: | jms@vanth.uucp | "You know I never knew Jim Shaffer, Jr. | amix.commodore.com!vanth!jms | that it could be so 37 Brook Street | uunet!cbmvax!amix!vanth!jms | strange..."
